一、束絲工序 Copper bunching

二、芯線絕緣 Conductor insulation
A. EX-50+35芯線絕緣押出機，適用芯線單色或單色帶注條高速絕緣押出，線速可達500M/MIN；

B. EX-70+35芯線絕緣押出機，適用芯線單色或單色帶注條高速絕緣押出，線速可達400M/MIN；

三、芯線成纜 Conductor cabling
A. STB630-1250高速旋框單絞機，適用于電源線芯線成纜絞合，并可同步包帶，線速可達75m/min；

C. STA630-1250高速懸臂單絞機，適用于高品質(zhì)電源線芯線成纜絞合，并可同步包帶，線速可達75m/min；

四、護套押出 Sheath extruding
A. EX-80護套押出機，適用于電源線護套押出，線速可達300m/min；

B. EX-90護套押出機，適用于電源線護套押出，線速可達250m/min；

A. 全自動高速裁線機，可與押出機聯(lián)動，裁線速度200m/min或150條/分；
