高速自動排線成圈打扎機(jī)適用于0.5-6mm2電線及小截面電纜的成圈及打扎.該產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率高、排線質(zhì)量處于國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品先進(jìn)水平，與傳統(tǒng)機(jī)型相比其主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下：
1、生產(chǎn)效率高、人力成本是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)型的20%：
A：采用自動排線，減少一個操作員
B：采用自動排線，收線速度是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)型的2-3倍
C：采用快速打扎裝置，成圈后的電線在機(jī)臺上捆扎后可輕松快速地取下，減少勞動強(qiáng)動并節(jié)約大量時間。
D：電線面圈、打扎、塑膠薄膜包裝三個工序由一個人完成。
